Keithy and Vismarc Have Made It: Names from the December 2005 Licensure Exam for Dentists

Of those who completed the December 2005 Licensure Examination for Dentists, 473 passed.

Excluding the eight people whose sex I could not determine from a quick search of social media or news articles, the passers included 366 women and 99 men.

The Women

First Given Names

Among the women, 218 (59.56%) had only one given name, 137 (37.43%) had two, and 11 (3.01%) had three.

The most popular initials for the first given name were M (77, 21.04%), J (48, 13.11%), A (34, 9.29%), R (34, 9.29%), and L (23, 6.28%). No one had a first given name that started with U or X.

There was also a Jien and a Jieni who had the same maternal and paternal surnames. My gut says they're twins.

The Men

Among the men, 60 (60.61%) had only one given name, 38 (38.38%) had two, and one (1.01%) had three.
